The 27th annual Cranbrook Pro Rodeo will be going down at the Wycliffe Exhibition Grounds this weekend.

Grab your ten-gallon hat, spurs and cowboy boots and head out to the Wycliffe Pro Rodeo this weekend, which is going strong in it’s 27th year.

The event will feature the top cowboys and cowgirls across North Amerrica, as they compete in one of the stops for the Duan Daines Saddle Bronc Series and the Kenton Randle Bareback Series.

While fans watch the action, they can enjoy the action being called by Wes Cummings in the announcers booth, while entertainment will be provided by trick riders Shelby Cummings and Niki Flundra.

Saturday is designated as the ‘Support Stars’ day, and will wrap up with a dance in the evening, while Sunday is children’s day. Stars is the air ambulance service based out of Calgary, and they will have their training RV available on site for tours.

Rodeos kick off in the evening on Friday and Saturday at 6:30 p.m. and tickets can be picked up at Alpine Toyota, Top Crop Farm and Hill Billy Hardwear.
