It’s provincial tournament season for Mount Baker Secondary’s fall athletics teams with the school’s soccer and volleyball squads headed across BC to match up against the best AAA high school’s in the region.
The Senior Boys soccer team completed their tournament in Burnaby on Saturday, November 26 and came in 15th place out of 16 total teams, beating North Peace 5-2 in their final match of the year.
The Junior Boys volleyball team also wrapped up their year last Saturday, finishing 18th out of a pool of 24 teams in West Kelowna.
The Senior Boys and Girls volleyball teams are currently at their respective tournaments in Langley and North Vancouver. Both their provincials come to a close on December 3.
