Cranbrook Bandits on the road for May Long weekend

‘A’ team in Kalispell for ‘Canadian Days’ tournament, ‘B’ boys take Calgary

The Cranbrook Bandits ‘A’ and ‘B’ teams will be on the road this weekend, continuing their pre-season tournament play during the Victoria Day weekend.

The U19 ‘A’ squad will be in Kalispell, Montana for their ‘Canadian Days’ tournament where they will play four games. On Friday, the Bandits play the Calgary Redbirds ‘A’ team at Archie Roe Field at 6:00 p.m. On Saturday they play the Camrose Cougars at 9:00 a.m. at Griffin Field and the Kalispell Lakers ‘A’ team at 3:30 at Archie Roe.

On Sunday, the Bandits will conclude the tournament in a matchup decided by the results of their three round robin games.

The U17 ‘B’ Bandits, meanwhile, will be participating in a tournament in Calgary. In the team’s opening four games at home last weekend, the ‘B’ squad beat the U14 Calgary Redbirds, going 4-0.
