Baker Junior Girls play in Calgary tourney

For the Townsman

The Mount Baker Secondary Wild Junior Girls Basketball team travelled to Bishop Grandin High School in Calgary last weekend for a tournament.

The team played against tough competition and won second place consolation overall. Two players won awards that typically go to members of the winning team — Gabby Baker got the Hustle Award and Chelsea Dillabough won the All-Star Team Award.
