Hugs: Hugs and more hugs …To all the nurses of the second and third floor of the Cranbrook Hospital. Your care was very much appreciated. From a former patient, thanks a lot!
Hugs: To Deeps at the BC Access Centre. Thank you to all the other workers there as well.
Slugs: To the people that manage the Highway 3 traffic lightin Sparwood. Driving home from Crowsnest, the traffic light in Sparwood allows only 2-10 cars through every 30 seconds. The number varies because semi trucks need time to get up to speed when they stop. This added 30 minutes to my drive and wasted fuel idling along.
Hugs: To all the City of Kimberley and other heavy equipment operators, garbage truck drivers, etc around town who take the time to smile and wave at my little grandson. He is absolutely fascinated with excavators and other big machines. He could watch them all day. It just makes his day when you acknowledge him. Thank you.
Hugs: Huge hugs to Alice of the Hospital Auxiliary Thrift Store. She found my envelope with money in it and turned it in to the police station. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You really are an angel.
Hugs: To the City of Cranbrook for hiring a Social Development Coordinator to help us with the Homeless problem we have! But the cost should be on the Provincial Government not the Cranbrook Taxpayers and the RDEK! This problem has gone to far and the businesses in Cranbrook are starting to hurt.
