Walter, Walt, Dad and affectionately named by his favourite people, Papa, left this world to explore another Thursday, July 26, 2018. Papa was a generous man who enjoyed the simple pleasures of life whether it be wheeling and dealing on a vehicle, gold panning or just sitting in his chair pondering life's mysteries.
Papa loved music, always with his guitar within reach. He was very handy doing things from changing a faucet to levelling the ground with the Bobcat. He was always ready to use his skills to help someone. Papa enjoyed his family, especially hanging with his brothers and playing with the grandkids. We will miss his stories of yesterday, his silliness, his guiding hands; we will miss him.
Papa slipped out the back door not wanting to say goodbye; no service will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you celebrate Papa by giving someone a helping hand. Til we meet again; we love you, Papa.
