October 19, 1956 - October 31, 2021
Terry passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at the age of 65 years, beloved husband of Vicki Hayward of Medicine Hat. He also leaves to cherish his memory two children, Mark (Michelle) of Canora, Saskatchewan and Kelly (Keith) Mayo of Edmonton; two grandchildren Luuca and Easton.
Terry was born on October 19, 1956 in Cranbrook where he married Vicki Wright on November 10, 1978. He attended S.A.I.T. and then relocated to Medicine Hat to start his career with A.G.T. and grow and raise his family. After 34 years, Terry retired from Telus in 2014.
The family wish to thank the doctors, nurses and staff on 4 West including Dr.'s Azam and Ahmad as well as the staff at the Renal and Diabetes clinics.
A Graveside service has taken place at Hillside Cemetery (Medicine Hat). Those who wish to remember Terry with a donation, please direct it to the Medicine Hat and District Health Foundation (specify funds to be allocated to the Renal Department).
