Rose Josephine Beattie passed away peacefully in Kimberley on August 22, 2019. She was a loving mom and grandmother.
Rose was predeceased by her parents John and Josie Bova, brothers Dick and Bob, husband Tick, son-in-law David Mellor and granddaughter Gracie. She will be forever remembered and loved by her daughters Liane (Stanley), Jody, and son Scott (Christine) her grandchildren Sam and Billie Mellor, Hope, Noa and Fynn Beattie, sisters June (Bill) Kennedy and Laura (Wayne) Arkinstall and all extended family.
Honoring Rose's requests, there will be no services. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the B.C S.P.C.A East Kootenay Branch.
We would like to thank the many Doctors, Nurses and support staff that cared for mom through her illness.
