Ron, beloved husband of Sandra Tomicki passed away in Merida Yucatan Mexico on February 8, 2018 at the age of 73. He will be greatly missed by his in-law family their children and grandchildren. He will be remembered by his children Rona and Ian Yeager, Peter Tomicki and grandchildren, sister Gloria Woodcock, niece and nephews, and cousins.
Ron was predeceased by his son Derrick Matthew Tomicki, his father Stanley Tomicki and his Mother Mary (Marie Tomicki).
Ron loved his faith. Ron was an educator, with a masters in administration, he touched the heart of friends and students with his kindness, his non judgement attitude, his beautiful smile. He would say his work was a vocation rather than a job. Ron as an educator taught genera- tions of people including the grandchildren of some of his students.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer, Dementia Society of British Columbia.
A memorial service will be held at St Mary's Catholic Church 39, 10th Ave. South, Cranbrook, B.C. on May 15, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
