Benny passed peacefully with family by his side at the F. W. Green Home on May 29th, 2020 at the age of 87 years of age.
In December 1971 with his "Determined and Adventurous spirit" he ventured from his homeland of North Wales with his wife Ella and their six children to start a new life for his family in Canada.
His passions were family, pets, aviation and flying, even building and flying his own ultralight. He loved Travelling, Camping and gold panning with dear friends. After a distinguished career as a certified Aircraft, Automotive and Heavy Duty Mechanic, he retired in 1998 from Cominco in Kimberley.
Benny will be reunited with his oldest son Alan who predeceased him in 2005.
He leaves behind his wife Ella of 67 years, children Peter (Tara), Steven (Sherry), David (Brenda), Linda (Kevin), Esther (Al), (Jackie), 13 grandchildren, 19 great- grandchildren and family in Wales.
The family would like to thank Dr. Witten, and special Gratitude and Appreciation to everyone at the F. W. Green Home who showed Benny exceptional care, compassions, humour and kindness.
At Benny's request, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Benny's name can be made to the SPCA.
