Louise was born in Hannover Germany on May 24, 1934, she immigrated to Montreal, Canada on September 30th, 1959. After 3 years she moved to Calgary, and from Calgary she moved to San Jose, California on March 26, 1966 where she owned and operated a dry cleaning business until 1985. In 1986 she renewed a friendship with Arkadia (Agi) VonNiessen, he brought Louise back to Kimberley. They lived in Meadowbrook. Louise loved the mountains, enjoyed downhill skiing and cross-country skiing. Louise also loved the sea where she enjoyed fishing for bottom fish, salmon and halibut of Porcher Island, they spent part of their summer there and part of their winter in Arizona.
On September 14th, 2018 cancer took Louise's life. She is survived by her husband Arkadia, her son Walter (Karin) Doras, her stepsons Randy (Darlene) VonNiessen and Andre (Theresa) VonNiessen.
Louise was a friendly, outgoing, helpful, loving person. We will miss Louise very much!
