On Sunday, November 16, 2014, HARRY GORDON PARSONS passed away at the Elk Valley Hospital in Fernie at the age of 87 years.
Harry leaves behind many beloved friends and family who will always remember him fondly. Harry was predeceased by his beloved wife Yolande Parsons in 2010.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 24, 2014 at Christ the Servant Catholic Church at 11:00 am. Memorial donations may be made in Harry’s memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 360 - 1385 West 8th Ave. Vancouver, BC V6H 3V9.
Harry’s family would like to thank all of the many people who helped us during Harry’s last days – the Home Support Care Aides who helped Harry on a daily basis, you were awesome in all you did for Harry – to the Paramedics and emergency crew who took Harry to the hospital and to all the wonderful staff at the Hospital who cared for Harry at the end – we are forever grateful to you for your compassion and care.
