On Friday, August 5, 2016, Francis Douglas Pepper passed away at Joseph Creek Care Village at the age of 99 years after a long battle with COPD. Doug has resided in Joseph Creek Village for the past few years.
Doug leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife, Valera Pepper and his daughter, Judith Korol from Edmonton. Condolences may be left for the family at www.markmemorial.com.
