David Phillips passed away in Cranbrook, June 29, 2018. Dave was born on September 16, 1946 in Ponoka, Alberta. He moved to Cranbrook in 1968 where he met his wife Pat, they married in December 1970 and later had two sons Lawrence (Erin) and Paul.
Dave worked for the pulp mill for 38 years. He retired in 2007. One of Dave's favourite hobbies was playing Keno at the Casino of the Rockies or in Bonners Ferry. Dave enjoyed having coffee with many friends over the years. Dave also loved fishing.
Dave is survived by his wife, two sons, four granddaughters and two great-grandsons. He is also survived by a sister and two brothers.
Dave will be missed by many friends and relatives.
A celebration in Dave's memory will be held on July 28, 2018 in the basement of the Colombo Lodge from 1-5 pm.
