Anne Solberg, of Golden BC, passed away Thursday, the 28th of December, at the age of 88.
Born July 29, 1929 in Iserlohn, Germany, Anne later married and had two sons before moving to Calgary Alberta, in 1957. Anne and her family then moved to the Grande Prairie area in 1962. In 1967, the family then settled in Golden, BC.
In 1986, after the loss of her husband, Martin Solberg, Anne moved to Cranbrook BC, where she resided until 2011 at which time she moved back to Golden.
Anne enjoyed traveling, where she visited many places including Hawaii, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Alaska. Anne enjoyed spending time with friends and family, and had a deep passion for music.
Anne will be remembered as a person who always maintained a positive outlook on life which she spread to those fortunate enough to have spent time with her.
In keeping with Anne's wishes there will be no public service held.
