April 7, 1938 - November 23, 2019
After a long, adventuresome and self determined life our father, Opa, father in-law, brother, uncle, and partner passed away peacefully. He was born in Germany and raised his family in Farchant. 40 years ago, he built a new home in Fort Steele when he moved here with his family. He loved life and he loved his family. Almost 20 years ago, he sadly lost his wife Inge. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, rancher, traveller and friend.
Recently, he was fortunate to find a new partner to share his life and passions.
Andreas will be missed by his children, grandchildren and partner: Christine (daughter), Adev (spouse), grandchildren Alexandria and Maximilian; Dr. Andreas Johann (son), Elizabeth (spouse) and grandchildren Andreas and Christina; Sofi a Helga (daughter), Karl (spouse) and grandchildren Raphael and Corbinian. Erika Pusch (partner), and her daughters Caren and Elke and granddaughter Pia.
So many of you cherished Andreas and you were appreciated by him. We look forward to remembering him with all of you at his Celebration of Life which will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 11 am at McPherson Funeral Home, Cranbrook, BC.
The interment of his urn will be a private family gathering in the Spring.
Arrangements entrusted to McPherson Funeral Services.
