With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Alexander Johnston on August 23, 2023.
Alex loved to hike in the mountains, go camping, music, share family times at Tie Lake, build and fly model airplanes and coffee with his friends. He enjoyed and was excellent at his job as a delivery man for many years before his retirement. He was a generous person, loyal friend and had an excellent memory of days gone by.
He will be dearly missed by his family.
Alex is survived by his sister Norma MacIntosh; brother-in-law Bill MacIntosh; nephew Cameron MacIntosh (Kim MacIntosh); niece Lyndsay Steffler (Dan Steffler) and great nieces and nephews Lillian, Alexandrea, William, Jesse and Sierra.
Alex was predeceased by his mother and father, Ruth and Jim Johnston.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in Alex’s name to The Canadian Cancer Society.Obituary
