Crown patent, number 42/61 issued on fifth the day of April in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two, for the Columbia and Kootenay Railway and Navigation Company, by the Chief Commissioner of Lands and Works and the Deputy Commissioner of the province of British Columbia, in the Dominion of Canada.
Know all men and women by these present:
That we, Duane-Robert of the family Pierce and Tammy-Michelle of the family Pierce, do jointly certify and declare that we bring up this Crown Patent in our names. Land so sought to be patented, and lawfully described and referenced under Crown Patent number 42/61, listed in the provincial records being Lot Three hundred and twenty-one (321), Group One (1) in the Kootenay District, in the Province of British Columbia, in the Dominion of Canada, specifically, within the above; Lot 7, District Lot 321, Kootenay District, Plan 4121.
Said property was previously listed under title number WX2188375, which is herein noted under necessity, and use of said number shall not constitute, express, or imply consent to any entity in any manner whatsoever.
No claim is made herein that the assignees have been assigned the entire tract of land described in the original Crown Patent. This assignment is inclusive only of the above legal description.
The filing of this Declaration of Assignee’s Acceptance of the Crown Patent shall not deny or infringe on any right, privilege, or immunity of any other assignee to any other portion of land covered in the above-described Crown Patent, number 42/61.
