Two fatalities in collision near Jaffray

Highway remains closed as RCMP and B.C. Coroners Service investigate the incident.

Two people died following a two-vehicle motor collision that occurred on Highway 3/93 near Jaffray on Monday afternoon.

The incident involved a westbound 2014 Toyota Matrix that drifted out of the single lane of westbound travel into the path of a eastbound 2007 Dodge Dakota pickup truck.

He was transported to Calgary by STARS air ambulance to receive treatment for his injuries.
