Stolen van found at golf course

Police asking public for information and sightings of a van between Wednesday night and Thursday morning.

Cranbrook RCMP were on scene of a recovered stolen auto yesterday at Wildstone Golf Course.

At about 1:04 p.m. on Thursday, Cranbrook RCMP were called to the Wildstone Golf Course for a complaint of a vehicle abandoned on the golf course.  A maroon and tan Ford Windstar vehicle was wedged between trees on the course.  Investigation reveals that the vehicle was stolen from a residence in Cranbrook.

RCMP are asking anyone who may have seen this van between the hours of 10PM on March 29th and 7 a.m. on March 30th to contact the Cranbrook Detachment at 250-489-3471 or Crimestoppers at 800-222-TIPS (8477).
