Cranbrook city council gave recognition on Monday, March 4 to two local athletes who won medals at the 2013 Special Olympics World Winter Games in PyeongChang, South Korea, from January 29 to February 5. Erin Thom won a silver medal in the giant slalom, and Jonathan Robins won bronze in alpine skiing.
