Cranbrook RCMP were called to two complaints of stolen vehicles over Thursday night, where two separate vehicles, a truck and a car, were reported missing.

RCMP received the first call around 9 a.m. Friday morning, as the owner of a truck, BC License Plate KX1478, reported it stolen from the 300 Block of 5th St S.

The truck is described as a 2002 Chevrolet  extended cab diesel pick up truck with a white canopy on the back. The truck has black and silver wheels with aggressive tires. The owner of this vehicle believes it happened sometime between 10pm Thursday night and 9am Friday morning.

Another caller reported that a 2007 Dodge Caliber was stolen from a residence in the 300 block of 7th St S.  This vehicle, license plate AA3 01E, is described as a black hatchback vehicle.

Cranbrook RCMP is asking anyone who sees either of these vehicles to call 911. Do not approach either vehicle.
