Cranbrook’s Public Produce Garden in MacKinnon Park, where anyone can grow and/or harvest fresh produce, is beginning to sprout and on Tuesday evening, gardeners were busy planting potatoes, beets, squash and pumpkin, as well as setting up some unique raised beds made from old fridges.
