Jeff Chynoweth, General Manager of the Kootenay ICE Hockey Club, today announced the Club has reduced the Training Camp roster to 33 players.

Including returning players, the ICE are now carrying four goaltenders, ten defencemen, and 19 forwards (three 1996-born players, four 1997-born players, 12 1998-born players, six 1999-born players, six 2000-born players, and two 2001-born players).
The ICE will open the 2016 exhibition season at the annual Red Lion Hotels Pre-Season Tournament in Kennewick, Washington. Kootenay will face the Prince George Cougars Thursday, September 8, the Seattle Thunderbirds Friday, September 9 and the Portland Winterhawks Saturday, September 10.
