On August 29th at approximately 1:30 am, Cranbrook RCMP were called to the downtown area for a complaint of a vehicle being operated in an erratic manner, striking light posts and parking barriers.
RCMP members located the vehicle and were able to stop it.
A woman was taken into custody but was discovered to have been suffering from serious injuries from being involved in an altercation prior to the erratic driving complaint being made.
Four persons (3 adult males and 1 adult female) have been taken into custody in relation to this matter which is still under investigation at this time.
