A number of councillors brought forward residents' pothole complaints during Monday night's meeting, Oct. 7.

Coun. Pallesen said Frontage Road near the Harley Davidson and Volkswagen dealerships is littered with potholes.

"There are some serious potholes and I understand that they've been filled a number of times but they just keep popping out as they do all over the place," she said. "Apparently they've had a number of bikes dumped. It's a very dangerous spot to lose your bike, because it's a very busy road."

CAO Staudt said the issue would be brought to Public Works, but it is also dependent on whether staff and material are available.

Whetham had a resident come and talk to him about 29th Avenue and 9th Street, wondering if public works would have time to look at it this fall.

"I went to have a look and there's some pretty good size potholes in there," Whetham said. "It's a bit of a slalom course."
