City council got a visit from Ben Soles on Monday, who represented Cranbrook and Canada at the 2016 World Arm Wrestling Championship in Bulgaria earlier in October. A life-long arm wrestler, Soles competed in the Grand Master Men (90 kg) division, winning a silver medal in the left-hand category.
