Looking for a rewarding new career? Gray’s Compounding Pharmacy in Kimberley is seeking three key staff members to join their team.
"We're currently looking to fill three positions with resourceful, friendly and detail-oriented individuals – a full-time pharmacy assistant, a part-time front-of-store pharmacy assistant and a part-time bookkeeper," says Michelle Gray, pharmacist and pharmacy owner. “We’re a fast-paced, progressive business located in the heart of the Kootenays. Exceptional and compassionate customer service is a top priority and can only be achieved through the support of the right kind of team players."
Those interested in applying will need more than the right combination of skills and experience – shared values are equally important, Michelle notes.
What makes Gray’s Compounding Pharmacy a unique place to work?
- Collaboration: Working together to problem-solve and come up with the best solutions, using a ‘team first’ approach. “Without a strong team, we’ll never be able to compete at the highest level,” Michelle says.
- Accountability: “Problems never go away – new solutions can even lead to new problems – but unless we can first see and admit that there’s a problem, we can’t begin to solve it.”
- Hunger to learn and grow: Staying still is just as bad as moving backwards. Staying curious and always seeking to learn and grow is the surest way to create a big future.
- Service: At the very heart of Gray’s Compounding Pharmacy is our ability to provide exceptional, attentive customer service.
- Mindset: The staff at Gray’s Compounding Pharmacy share a commitment to continuous improvement so that they can make their tomorrows better than today.
Celebrating her 10 year anniversary working with Michelle and the Gray’s Pharmacy team as their Regulated Pharmacy Technician, Heidi Radcliffe adds that her time at Gray’s Pharmacy has been filled with fond memories and expresses her appreciation for the supportive, people-first work culture that Michelle has created over the past 11 years.
