The Key City Theatre was rocking with local talent at the Fisher Peak Performing Artists Society Canadiana Tribute on Friday, June 13. The show featured home grown musical performers covering all types of Canadiana cover tunes from Stan Rogers, The Tragically Hip, Great Big Sea, Anne Murray and many more. Featured East Kootenay performers included Ethan Askey and the Elevators, Velle and the Crow Catchers, Jon Bisset, Ethan Sawatsky with Charity Standing Orders, Shawna Plant and Ian Jones, Mashal Dylan, Sheva, Katrin Powell, Tom Bungay (along with Dave Prinn), Slow Joe Crow and more. The night was MC'd by Sarah Turk and ended with a grand finale, where all performers joined together on stage to sing "My Song" by Canadiana rock icon Glass Tiger.
