Jaffray is getting into the holiday spirit with its 33rd annual Christmas in the Country Farmers' Market Nov. 2 and 3.
There will be over 40 tables with one-of-a-kind gifts, including handmade crafts, jewellery, knitted items, candles, toys, pottery, art, wood carvings, clothing, baked goods, and local fruits and vegetables made by artisans from East Kootenay and Western Alberta.
The market runs Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Jaffray Community Hall at 7369 Jaffray Village Loop Rd., with homemade lunch and refreshments available at concession throughout the day.
Santa will pay a special visit to the market on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
