Local music students performed animal-themed pieces to a very receptive crowd, at the East Kootenay Music Teachers Association’s Fur, Feathers and Friends concert, held on Sunday, February 23, at the Key City Theatre.
The concert featured solo piano pieces along with violin solo and a violin ensemble.
Cranbrook area SPCA representatives Ryliegh Bennison, Reegan Hamelin and Angela Mather were in attendance to enjoy the concert and receive a donation from the concert audience.
It was a wonderful community event for all who attended.
