Fisher Peak Performing Arts Society, in conjunction with the Downtown Business Association, hosted the inaugural Busk-A-Thon Saturday, May 6.
Musicians based all over the streets of downtown Cranbrook spent the afternoon busking in support of the DBA’s ‘Shot ‘Til You Drop’ campaign, while raising money for local charities.
Buskers included James Neve, Tom Bungay, Potluck Steve, Dave Prinn, Van and Shelagh Redecopp, Ferdy Belland Erin Quimby, Sagegrass, Mismatched Socks, Doug Mitchell and Jon Bisset.
Cahrities included the SPCA, Canadian Cancer Society, the Women’s Resource Centre, Keep Jumbo Wild, and more.
