Rebagliati and Pelletier were winners of a contest presented by COTR — the two designed a web-based program called “Chatter High,” which helps students explore post-secondary options. The website saw the most student activity over the course of COTR’s contest, and as a result, Rebagliati and Pelletier won $500.
