With a heavy heart we announce the passing of wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Lucy Brogden on
Saturday, February 25, 2017.
Lucy was born on February 4, 1935 in Fort Chipewyan, Alberta and moved to Kimberley when she was 8 years old. She loved playing crib, 31, bingo and playing the slots. Many bus trips with Shep to Reno, Bonners Ferry and
Eureka.
Sunday night dinners at Grams were always a hit with someone’s favorite pie.
Lucy is survived by Shep McGregor, daughter Debbie, son Ken, granddaughters Kelly (Brad), Brooke (Josh), Alycia
and great grandsons Braxton, Cooper and Ethan.
A Celebration of Lucy’s Life has taken place on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at the Kimbrook Manor from 1:00 to 3:30 pm.
