1923 - 2017
It is with deep sorrow that the family of Kathleen Ballance announces her passing on Friday, September 8, 2017 in Cranbrook.
Kathleen was born on March 6, 1923 in Unity, Saskatchewan. She is survived by her children Colin (Gail) Ballance, Richard (Gail) Ballance, Mark (Angela) Ballance, Tim Ballance, Robert Ballance, Susan (David) Bullock, Sally (Mike) Dalton, 26 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and too many friends to list, you know who you are, and she loved you all. Kathleen was predeceased by her husband Gordon Ballance.
A celebration of Kathleen's life will be held on
Sunday, September 24th, 2017 at the
Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre, (803 - Cranbrook Street North)
from Noon until 3:00 pm in the main ballroom.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in honour of Kathleen may do so to the: East Kootenay S.P.C.A., PO Box 2, Cranbrook, British Columbia, V1C 4H6.
