Western Financial Place hosting community registration night

Venue shifting due to the Emergency Reception Centre operations at the curling arena.

Due to ongoing use of the Cranbrook Curling Club, as the emergency reception area for evacuees of the Lamb Creek fire from the Moyie area, City of Cranbrook Community Services is moving the annual community event registration night to the concourse level of Western Financial Place on Wednesday, September 6 from 6 to 8 pm.

“We look forward to hosting the annual community registration night here at Western Financial Place, which will allow us to respect the RDEK emergency reception efforts, while still hosting our annual registration event,” said Paul Heywood, Special Events & Marketing Manager for the City of Cranbrook.

Community Registration night is an integral night for a wide variety of recreational and social groups.

“Local social groups and recreational businesses look forward to promoting their programs to hundreds of parents and enthusiastic children who sign up for a wide variety of activities and organized programs that happen throughout the fall and winter seasons,” said Terry Bedwell, Program Assistant for Community Services of the City of Cranbrook.

Please contact Terry Bedwell at 250-489-0221 for more information or to reserve a table. Table registration is $10 per table. Admission is still free to the public.
